Tuscany Village
The Tuscany Village at Sonoma State University was completed in 2009. These spacious townhouses accommodate up to six guests in 1500 square feet of living space. The townhouses are two levels with one double occupancy bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and patio on the first floor. One double and two single occupancy bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own bath. Kitchens have Corian counters, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar with stools.

Bringing your family or a group of friends? Make reservations for a full suite and sleep six participants for less than $39 each. The standard configuration for the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouses is two rooms with king beds and 2 rooms with single beds. Coming to Wine Country with less than six people? Reserve a room with a single or king bed and private bathroom in a shared townhouse. Rates start at $79 per room.
