Tuscany Village
The Tuscany Village at Sonoma State University was completed in 2009. These spacious townhouses accommodate up to six guests in 1500 square feet of living space. The townhouses are two levels with one double occupancy bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and patio on the first floor. One double and two single occupancy bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own bath. Kitchens have Corian counters, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar with stools.
Accommodation Options
Bringing your family or a group of friends? Make reservations for a full suite and sleep six participants for less than $35 each. The standard configuration for the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouses is two rooms with king beds and 2 rooms with single beds. Rates start at $179 per night.
All Seawolf Suites come with linens, towels, cups, bar soap, a fully furnished living room and kitchen. While the weather and amount of things to do in Sonoma County may limit the amount of time spent inside, our Deluxe Tuscany Townhouse comes furnished with a tv, iron, coffee maker, dishes, and other amenities that are perfect for multi-day vacation rentals.
